All shipping is estimated depending on location. We ship nationally, within Australia.

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days and shipping arrives within 7-10 business days.

Pickup is available in the Perth region upon appointment. We use reputable shipping providers with registered and trackable services. 

Combined postage available upon request.

August Moon Retro will replace an item if it is a manufacturing issue (eg. Faulty).

August Moon will not refund if the item is damaged in transit, however all shipping costs come with insurance.

Please contact us for insurance details. August Moon Retro will NOT be held accountable for the costs or replacement of any item or any part of any item if damaged after receipt.

Please contact us for our repair services should something happen to the lamp during use. ​
